Mij deploys to approved pilot program participants and strategic partners only. If you've been accepted into the program, here's what to expect.

Fulfillment Timeline

Once your organization has been approved and deployment details finalized, typical fulfillment runs 2-4 weeks depending on:

  • Unit quantity required
  • Customization needs (sizing, integration specs)
  • Deployment location

We'll provide specific timelines during onboarding. Rush deployments may be available for time-sensitive pilot programs.

What's Included

  • Mij garments (quantities specified in your pilot agreement)
  • Monitoring hardware and charging equipment
  • Technical documentation and deployment guides
  • Access credentials for the Mij App and dashboard
  • Initial technical support setup call

Shipping Methods

Domestic (US)

Ships via UPS or FedEx with tracking. Delivery to your specified facility address.

International

Ships via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the receiving organization. Terms are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Note: We cannot control carrier delays or customs processing times.

Response time: 24-48 business hours.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Contact us immediately if your shipment arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window. We'll work directly with the carrier to resolve.
