Interested in building the Future of Clothing?

We're hiring curious people who want to solve problems that don't have solutions yet.

What We're Building:

SWNR Technologies builds sensing technology that goes into fabric. Not on it. Into it.

Mij predicts heat stress before it happens. It works in conditions where wearables fail. It's deployed in manufacturing operations, with first responders, and in elite sport programs.

This isn't incremental improvement on existing products. It's technology that didn't exist three years ago.

Where We Work:

Two locations: Pagosa Springs, CO (headquarters, at the base of Wolf Creek Pass) and Bozeman, MT (flagship space downtown).

Both serve as research, development, and testing environments. We're building fabric technology in mountain towns because that's where we test it in real conditions.

Who We Need:

We're looking for people who:

  • Want to work on technology that hasn't been commercialized before
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and iteration
  • Bring expertise we don't have yet
  • Care more about solving the problem than following the playbook
